How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your OnlyMoto account and all associated personal data at any time. We offer two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In-App (Instant)

  1. Open the OnlyMoto app
  2. Tap Account in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Tap "Delete My Account & Data"
  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog

Your data is deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to onlymotous@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and display name
  • Bikes in your garage
  • Check-ins and location history
  • Posts and comments in the community feed
  • Saved bookmarks
  • Facebook connection and access tokens

Facebook-Connected Data

If you connected your Facebook account to OnlyMoto, you can also revoke our access directly through Facebook at any time:

Facebook Settings → Security & Login → Apps and Websites → Remove OnlyMoto.
