• Use the app respectfully and not post false or harmful content about tracks, shops, or other users.

• Take personal responsibility for attending and riding at any listed location — OnlyMoto is not liable for injuries or accidents.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Content you post grants OnlyMoto a license to display it within the app.

• Location data from check-ins is used only for in-app features and is never sold.

• OnlyMoto may suspend accounts that violate community standards or these Terms.
